Below are listed the races seen in the game -Tales of Symphonia- and are, at the moment, the only races acceptable, but fear not. For the adventurous at heart who would like to see more diversity in the races may PM the admin with information the race they would like to add and, after consideration, it will be added to an Original Races post below this one.
Humans. Standard humans with two eyes, nose and a mouth. The humans of both worlds vary from region to region in stature, skin color and basic physical appearence.
Humans with an Exsphere may have up to three magical abilities, those without are limited to one.
Elves. Elves are very much like average humans though they possess long, pointed ears, their skin has a paler hue and thier hair tends to be more colorful.
Elves with an Exsphere may have up to five magical abilities, those without may have up to three.
Half-Elves. They are the outcome of human and elven coupling. They maintain a very humanoid appearenece, though they have short point ears and their hair generally follows the traits of their elven blood.
Half-Elves with an Exsphere may have up to four magical abilities, those wihtout may have only two.
NOTE- Half-Elves, though physically not that different from their parentage are highly discriminated in nearly all parts of Sylverant and all parts of Tethe'all.
Dwarves. These are short, gruff looking beings and though they have a general humanoid shape they tend to be rather hair with fairly calloused hands and feet.
Dwarves do not use Exspheres, but they may have up to two magical abilities.
Angels. Angels are evolved Half-Elves so they retain most of their Half-Elf appearences though their hair tends to be softer in color and they have wings that vary in shape and size.
All Angels are part of the Cruxis organization and they all wear a Cruxis Crystal.
Angels may have up to five magical abilities.
NOTE- A limited number of Angels will be accepted for the time being.
Sylverant: the world of Sylverant is run by seperate City-States with no worldwide rulers.
All city-state leaders are open for playing by members, but until picked up by a member they will be NPC. Once a leader is accepted their name and province will be posted here.
Tethe'Alla: Unlike Sylverant, Tethe'Alla has a king who governs not only his city, but the world at large.
The king, as well as any city govoners, will be NPC until accepted by a member, once a leader is taken up by a member their name and rank will be posted here.
NOTE: Organizations do not fall under this category, leaders for the organizations do not follow the same rules as the rest of the world, their rules and ranks will be posted here. [/ul]
